Meet Dr. Art

I can't express how much I love this profession. The different people I meet throughout my day gives me so much energy. I'm always asking questions and learning from the patients that come into our office. Practicing dentistry is fantastic! I truly get to help people overcome their fears and help them participate in improving their health as their local dentist. As a Christian dentist, I treat every patient with compassion and apply the principles of love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control that I have learned in my Christian journey to my dental practice.

Education

I received my Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of California in San Diego before continuing on to Creighton University and graduating with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1983.

Continuing Education

I have taken advanced CEREC training, endodontic courses, and courses in adhesion and restorative materials to continue to keep up with all the wonderful advancements in dentistry. I am also a member of the American Dental Association and stay involved with the greater dental community.

Outside the Office

I am a native on Montebello, CA, and currently reside in Fort Collins with my wife of 29 years, Penny. We have two children, a son who is in college and a daughter still at home. We love animals and have had many over the years including fish, gerbils, snakes, birds, and dogs. I enjoy downhill skiing, scuba diving, motorcycle riding, hiking in our beautiful mountains, and spending time with my family.
